Emilee graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, AZ and discovered she not only has a niche for cakes, but sugar flowers. She perfected her skills by training under the ladies at Cake in San Diego. Emilee opened her own custom cake studio, “Flour Child Boise” in 2016.

Emmeli has been a professional baker in Boise since 1998. Located on the Boise Bench, everything at Emmeli’s Cake is made with whole, fresh ingredients. Emmeli looks forward to using her knowledge and expertise to make your dessert dreams come true!

Amaru Confections was started in 2000 by Aimee and Chris Wyatt. In 2018, the couple decided they were ready for new adventures and sold their first love to long-time employee Kathie Luna. Custom cake and online orders are available for delivery throughout the Treasure Valley and within a 250 mile radius of Boise to include Sun Valley, McCall, Stanley, and Ontario.
